- Cool the broth in the refrigerator so the fat floats to the top and congeals.
- Remove the fat from the top of the broth and then package the broth up for the freezer.
- Need soup? Throw your frozen lump of broth into a large pot to thaw.
- Add water to thin the soup as desired and bring to a boil
- Add noodles (I like egg noodles) and cook according to the packaging.
- About a minute or so before the noodles are fully cooked, drain a can of mixed veggies and then add to the soup.
- As soon as the noodles and veggies are cooked through, this soup is ready to eat!
