3. Go shelf-by-shelf through your refrigerator: remove all of the items from one shelf, wipe the shelf and the walls of the refrigerator with disinfecting wipes, then replace the items on that shelf. Move on to the next shelf (start at the top and work your way down.) As you clean, check the expiration dates on your condiments, yogurts, etc. Toss anything that is beyond the expiration date. Once you’ve cleaned the inside of the refrigerator, take down all of your magnets and kids’ artwork from the outside and wipe it down. This is a good time to put away some of your extra artwork as well!

6. Once you’ve put your kitchen back together, it’s time to tackle the floors! I like to wipe down the baseboards and get in the corners with disinfecting wipes first. Then, as in the bathroom, I use a regular broom, then get the rest of the dust and cat hair with a dry pad on my Swiffer Sweeper. After that, I finish it all off with a wet pad on the Swiffer Sweeper, and my kitchen is done!
